BBQed last night with crazy Czech friend, her husband, bouncer2 (aka beerman!) and some others.
We had a lot of fun. Until we got back to the house and found that while we were gone their house flooded. Luckily it was only two rooms but it's soemthing to be a buzzed at 2:30am and rolling your pants up to wade around in 6 inches of water in what used to be a spare bedroom.
I feel so awful for them. But as she said this morning it could have been worse a lot of people out here lost the houses last year.....
as I was leaving they invited me to dinner on Weds night and her husband tossed in "Bring your bathing suit, you swim in the extra bedroom/pool"
